She was now even larger, and more fierce looking than before. Now hearing about teleportation was completely absurd. Evolution didn't mean superpowers did it? He didn't want to think about that right now, he saw something in the bushes behind the two canines and hopped to his feet to investigate. To his surprise another feline was collapsed in the bushes, injured. Silva had already beat him to the question he was going to ask. How did she know who the other feline was in the first place though?

She had drifted off after she spoke, and awoke later with Silva wanting to know why she disappeared. Nerah stood and shook herself. "I'm sorry. I panicked. Suddenly, the place was...I don't know. I don't think I can go back there." She shivered. "I guess it's an instinct for this stage of life. It's weird."

She blinked when Silva mentioned teleporting. "Did I? I dunno...I wasn't entirely awake of what I was doing..." And she didn't know how to consciously activate it if it was an ability she had now.

She laughed when Silva told her to let the males catch up. "Sorry...I don't know. I think this is the shape I'm meant to have for now. I'm not sure my body could handle another change that drastic anytime soon."

Then she scented something familiar. Silva had scented it as well, and identified it. Nerah waled over to stand by her friend and wagged her tail. "Hello there! Come over here, it's all right. You're in our territory, but you're safe here."

It was called the Cult. We joined a bit, but we're thinking of leaving. They're kind of....insane. I'm just kind of scared of the leader's anger is all" she grinned sheepishly "Though I shouldn't be, considering I was nearly twice her size -before- I evolved." she chuckled, then went back to the topic at hand "Anyhoo, Kayalee came and told the leader she didn't like the cult, and then...this....happened" she frowned, ears flattening, "I didn't know you were so hurt though"

[Hazelstar]

Kayalee came from the bushes into the clearing, still limping. She curled her tail around her legs and sat down. Her eyes were blank, her face showed no expression. "Yes. I was hurt like this by Apani." She spat out the name of the co-leader of the tribe, her eyes showed a hint of fury, then went blank once again. "Who am I to judge though, some creatures are idiotic enough to value the leadership of someone who kills in cold blood." She meowed, then paused. Another thought struck her. "Oh, as well as valuing females over males." She snorted. "What kind of idiotic creature believes in a superior gender, species, or even strength of an evolution. She shot a quick glance at the twice evolved Nerah then sighed. "There I go with my speeches again." Kayalee sighed to herself. The only reason Kayalee wasn't acting shy was because she was surrounded by those she did not trust. Yet.

We joined following the leader Arya, who doesn't do such things. Additionally, I mainly joined to make friends, and Nerah for presumably the same reason. You shouldn't judge people five seconds after speaking to them" silva was surprised at herself for this cold sounding side of her. She hadn't known she could be so cold, but then when the going gets tough....but either way, she should be more polite. "I'm sorry" Silva finally said "But you should be a bit more polite, no?" her tail twitched

"The Cult values females over males? That's absurd!" he pretested at the thought. How is one gender more superior to another? Ridiculous! Antares's fur was getting ruffled at the subject, he might as well just drop it as the other feline did. "That leader has mental issues, I think it's time for someone to get a grip" he continued anyway, a look of disgust still smeared across his face. He hated unnecessary violence, it was just.. unnecessary. "Well, you should probably get yourself cleaned up and rest, you're welcome here as long as you please" Antares stared walking back to the den, he needed to work in the escape tunnel in the extra room.

[Hazelstar]

"I wasn't applying what I said to those who follow Arya, I met Arya once and she seems friendly." Kayalee responded, copying the cold tone of Silva. "I am referring to those who joined following Apani." Her tone became a bit more conversational, then she added. "Anyone who enjoys her company surprises me greatly." She meowed, then uncurled her tail from her paws. "I have wasted your time, I apologize." She meowed, and turned towards the trees. She limped towards the treeline, she never liked being in the category of a trespasser unless she needed to pass on her wisdom that made her seem years older then she was.

Really, I didn't. Listen, you're hurt and tired, stay with us for a bit. We've got mroe than enough space for you to relax a bit, and it was our former leader who did this to you. Just rest a bit, maybe I can get you a bird or something. We have a lot of prey around here" she blinked at Kayalee, ears tilted forward. Remembering Antares's word, she turned and nodded "Agree, Antares. You and Yamir are amazing~"

Kayalee let out a long sigh, and turned to face them again. "If all of your leaders agree, I will stay for a while." Kayalee meowed, then quickly added. "Only until I am well enough to go off again though, I will not become a burden." Kayalee would not change in that decision, she may warm to some of the members, but Kayalee felt she had her own destiny to fulfill. Her destiny was to lead her own group of peaceful creatures, creatures who were more a family. They didn't look down on those weaker then themselves. She drifted into her own little dream world, her eyes glazed making her look half-dead on the outside. Inside of herself, Kayalee was in her own paradise... Once again.

"Did either of you ever bring those feathers back? I only caught one while you were gone, and it isn't enough" the feline called to Silva and Nerah, an unintentional tinge of annoyance in his voice. He was still ticked off at what Kayalee had said about the Cult leader, the feline took forever to cool down after he was angered. At least he didn't get angered too easily. Having another feline around could be nice, although he had gotten used to being around the canine's. He felt like her fit in better with them, at least the once he hung around constantly.

The only one who hasn't met you yet is Yamir, but he doesn't exactly care much....I'll ask him when he gets here." she pointed her way inside the den "Anyhoo, why don't I show you around?" Mentally, Silva was pretty glad that they had just finished digging out all that new room. At his words, Silva nodded to Antares. "Thank you for reminding me. I left two birds by the cave entrance. I can get them now if you like. We can pluck the feathers and use them as bedding for the den" she added as an afterthought. "You -are- okay with her being here, right Antares? Just double checking~"

Nerah sat, shoulders hunched and tail curled around her, looking much smaller than she was. Even though she hadn't taken part in the attack on the feline, she felt horrible about it, and also partially responsible since it had been someone she trusted that lashed out like that. Before then, she hadn't even known it possible for a creature to be so vicious... But apparently it was so.

"No one here believes that way," she said when the feline verbally lashed out against anyone that might believe any creature to be superior to any other. "Not really. We're all friends here."

The others offered place to stay for the injured feline, and Nerah nodded. "Our den is your den for as long as you need." She stood. "I'll see about some food for all of us." She walked off.

[Hazelstar]

Kayalee padded over to the den slowly, half expecting someone to leap on her and drag her to the ground. When nothing happened Kayalee padded over to the side of the entrance to the den and curled up in some soft, spongy grass. The slight dewiness of the grass felt good as it seeped over her wounds. Kayalee let out a small sigh and curled her tail around herself. She laid her head on her paws and just laid there staring at the trees, who seemed to stare back. Wait. One of the trees was staring back... No.. It was just a squirrel clinging to a tree with a wide-eyed expression on its face. What a weird imagination I have. Kayalee thought, chuckling inwardly.

[Meesh]

Silva sighed, relaxing as she saw Kayalee pad over to a comfy spot and settle herself down comfortably. For a second there, the new wolf seemed to stare oddly at a squirrel before relaxing and falling asleep. Silva grinned, then gave a comforting nuzzle to Nerah, who sat hunched a little distance away from here. "It's fine. I didn't know that about Apani either but, what can 'ya do" with a shrug, the female stretched. "I wonder where Yamir is" she then stood and padded over to Antares "You're not still upset about the cult thing, are you?" Silva asked her friend, worry showing in her eyes

She collapsed to the ground, momentarily stunned as the changes quickly took affect. Silva only had time to think "Again?" before she began growing, nearly doubling in size. Her fur retained it's jet-blackness, and her four claws sprouted out of each paw as they grew in length and sharpness. Her tail became longer, and a bit fuzzier. It was all over in a few minutes. Where Silva once stood lay a shivering Absonding Canine, the second in creation. She coughed, once, before standing up shakily, looking around at the much smaller world with wide eyes that suddenly seemed to much sharper and more accurate then before. "A-again...." she said, coughing slightly ---->
