GENDER, male SPECIES, aboriginal feline
APPEARANCE, He seems to be completely blind, a cloudy grey film covers his blues eyes, making them appear lifeless and dull. However other senses are much more powerful due to lack of such an important sense. His grey coat is lengthy with slightly darker stripes, becoming longest at his tail. He is larger than average with a well muscled build and long legs.

NAME, Alastair
PERSONALITY, Alastair is a very determined individual. If he wants to do something nothing is going to set him back. Not his blindness, nothing. In fact, his blindness doesn't bother him at all, he can't miss what he's never experienced, after all. It does annoy him when others use his blindness as an excuse for him to not do something others with sight can do. His extraordinary hearing, smell, and touch get him along just fine. He tends to make clicking noises when he's traveling in dense areas, it's his was of 'seeing' what's around him, the way the sound echos tell him what's around him without having to see any of it.
He's quick to make friends, but if someone judges him on his blindness they're immediately put on his shitlist until they apologize or make it up to him. He's capable of being solitary, but it's not something he prefers. Once a friend is made, he's like a fly that you can't get rid of no matter how many times you've killed it. He tends to be fiercely defensive of everyone, if something sounds like it could possibly be an insult he gets nasty.
He prefers to stick in one place until he has it mapped out in his head completely, and doesn't enjoy exploring terribly much, but will if he has to or puts his mind to it. Scents and sounds tend to overwhelm him, so he tries to be careful about his curiosity but it almost always will get the best of him.
