I've done this once before on an old site, and I personally found it pretty enjoyable. I've always found that talking with people in the cbox leaves a lot to be desired, especially with the character limit. We end up not knowing too much about each other, and as time passes, we won't remember what's unique about one another; we'll all just blend into a collective, online friend from one site or another. So, if you'd like, you can fill out this cute little survey about yourself, and we can all read them and get to know one another a little bit better .It's also good fodder to start conversations.

USERNAME ORIGINS, This is a really silly story. When I was eleven, my best friend (in real life) and I were both role playing on a site she created. I felt bad that I wasn't a multi-paragraph role player, yet, while my friend was. I wanted to see if I could better my role playing style enough that she wouldn't recognize me. My usernames back then were silly, made-up names (when I was nine and ten, I went by Cokiri, lol), so I made a second account with the username "Windblown Embers" because I thought it sounded more mature and advanced. I do not condone making false accounts, haha She found out it was me in the end, though, even though I improved my role playing style a lot. I tried being both people in the cbox simultaenously, and that certainly did not work out!

My favorite book ever, though, is Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant by Anne Tyler. It's beautiful, literary fiction, I could just die over it. I also liked Silence of the Lambs (movie is good, too) by Thomas Harris a heck of a lot, and the Glass Castle, a memoir by Jeannette Walls.

THREE FACTS, • I volunteer at my local Humane Society every week end where I help photograph their available cats for their website.
• my grandparents are Italian immigrants, which basically means I have a massive, loud, very close extended family. Have any of you ever lived in a beach house with thirty other Italians? Lord have mercy.

I moved here a few years ago, and someone I had worked with at a summer job before called me Kat, and introduced me to everyone they know as it. Since it is a very small town, everyone caught on pretty fast.
SITES I pretty much only RP on here and one other site, Vive. I get on Lioden, sometimes, and will drop into various other sims (Neopets, Furry Paws, Dog Dayz) from time to time to recuperate everything and then leave it for months.

USERNAME ORIGINS, Enchantress - made by a close friend who gave me a penpal name, Enchantress of Animal Isle. And so it stuck. ^^
SITES, WAY TOO MANY TO LIST! But yes, I'm on deviantART, Lioden, and a host of many many many (did I say many?) MANY other rp sites, not including the ones I run.
ROLE PLAYING ORIGINS, I think it started when I was into the Warrior Cats craze. Found an rp site, registered, and the rest is history.

THREE FACTS, I own a dog my family adopted from the local shelter; am a magnet when it comes to horses; and finish at least one of the many novels and stories I've started.
THREE POSITIVES, I have four personal bodyguards (aka younger brothers - yes, be jealous, be very jealous...); can finish reading a novel in an hour; and understand how guys think.
THREE NEGATIVES, I don't like "common" chocolate; I have to have good-quality dark chocolate from Canada; often slacks off on writing for NaNoWriMo; and find it hard to relate to female gossip (I mean, seriously! Why do you have to talk about other peoples' lives when it's none of your business?!).
