STAFF ACTION
The transition to Proboards v.5 has provided better functionality with regard to the EXP system and shop items. While staff no longer have to manually process purchases, certain items still require staff action to be utilized. For instance, while users may purchase companions from our EXP Exchange Shop independently, the companion must then be equipped to the desired character image by our artist. Similarly, evolutions require staff to switch out character images, thus, staff action is required.
Subsequent the purchase of items that require staff action, we ask users to reply to this thread with the required form in order to successfully use certain purchased items. Staff will check user inventories (visible in all profiles) to ensure that the item has been purchased. When your request has been processed (i.e.: the companion has been equipped to the desired character), the item will be removed from the user's inventory by a staff member.
