Seba Needs Help ;A;

Seba is a newborn pup:
GENDER, male
SPECIES, aboriginal canine
APPEARANCE, His coat is so dark, his streaked pattern is nearly invisible. Even his paw pads, claws, and gums are deep black. He has an average build with a medium-length coat and slightly flopped ears. His joints seem particularly sharp. The most striking feature he has are his red eyes.
NAME Sebastian [Seba is a nickname]
PERSONALITY
Seba isn't the brightest of canines. He tends to ask a lot of questions about different things and tends to be oblivious to nearly everything. He's straight forward with things and says things like it is, no beating around bushes so to speak. The dog is curious about nearly everything, and is determined to learn all there is to know. He hates harming other animals, but will do it if he absolutely has to(such as hunting for food). His curiosity and obliviousness tends to get him into dangerous situations, luckily he isn't afraid of asking others for assistance in getting out of it.
Seba's curiosity causes him to lick, sniff, and paw at everything there is to reach. He may even ask about the same things several times due to forgetting about the first subject to ask about another. To put it as a simile, he has the attention span of a squirrel. His high energy will cause him to dart about as fast as he can to see all there is to see and to try and experience everything he can before the day comes to an end.
He doesn't have the highest IQ so he rapid fires questions about everything there is instead of trying to piece things together. He may come off as annoying to some, but the pup just wants to learn.
Pretty much, he's a defenseless pup. Nocive(Chesire) was who i was originally going to plan with disappeared and now Seba is on his own. I've thought about having him Join Meesh's Pack since he's already had experience there, but he still barely knows how to speak! Anyone wanna take a thread or two to teach the pup or maybe drop off some suggestions?
