APPEARANCE, Bright green eyes show clearly against this female's shadowy gray body. She is of average height and build, but her short, sparse feathers make her seem smaller than normal. Her claws are short but strong and only a shade or two darker than her scales. Her fangs are longer than normal, the tips poking out from under her lip when her mouth is closed.

Very tribal and almost shamanic in her wisdom and knowledge of the world around her, Mar'aat seeks peace and friendship with the elements of this world. She is a calm and gentle beast, one that will pass off a polite and welcoming grin to the next beast that shares this world with her. She typically will not seek out the company of others, but if she is sought out, Mar'aat does her best to show her company respect and kindness. She does not see herself as an outcast, but she believes that silence is the greatest treasure and she has adapted quite well to it. Despite her menacing look, this raptor is rather easy to approach and talk to. She does not shun any living being, but treats anything with a beating heart respectfully. It is almost as if hate does not reside in herself. Though when her friends, or creatures undeserving have come to harm, she will exact punishment on the beasts who have disrupted the delicate balance of peace. To her enemies, it is her silence that is the most abhorrent.
