GENDER, female SPECIES, aboriginal canine
APPEARANCE, Her neutral expression seems somewhat eager, perhaps because of her raised brow line, or the way her teeth are partially visible below her upper lip. She is relatively large compared to other female canines, but she is dis-similarly gaunt, her hipbones and jawline particularly noticeable even against a thick coat.

NAME, Nymeria
PERSONALITY, Nymeria is very self-conscious about the way she looks. She looks at herself and sees that her bones are quite prominent, even with a thick coat to pad them. Then she looks at everyone else and sees that their bones aren't visible at all. This makes her think that something is wrong with her, something that desperately needs fixing. In an attempt to 'fix' her naturally gaunt features, the canine gorges herself on any food she can get her paws on, often to the point of vomiting. She refuses to believe anyone that says nothing is wrong with her. Compliments are generally taken as insults. When she is 'insulted,' she typically starts crying and accusing the other animal of being mean. It takes a lot of work to earn her trust and most would see it as a waste of effort. For all her size, she isn't a very good fighter and she's a terrible hunter. The only thing Nymeria seems to be good at is mothering others, listening to their complaints and soothing wounded pride. She refuses to let anyone else think that they are ugly or imperfect, and always does her best to make them see how good they are. In this way she is a bit of a hypocrite.
