USERNAME, reeddragon AGE, Older than most. Fine, fine, 29 XD I'm not a stalker, I swear! I just never lost my love for RPing.
AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, It sort of fluctuates. ^.^; Maybe around 110-115? It's been a little longer lately, but I expect it'll go back down eventually, so...yeah. AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, I'm on every day - often several times a day PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, Recent experience consists of moderating a couple warrior sites, where I accepted applications and kept up with character lists and the like. I moderated and administrated boards on Avid Gamers and AcornRack when those sits still existed but that was ages ago.
Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? Do you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member?
I'm really responding to this to make sure you have at least one option, but I fully expect to be a last resort. XD I'll be surprised if I'm chosen. I'm terrible at graphics and design and have only a basic knowledge of coding. As for ideas for the site, nothing's coming to me off-hand other than the possibility of a site-wide event of some kind to encourage activity in all the boards (or - at least - all the boards a decent amount of people have access to). I am active and hard-working, if nothing else, and I've been roleplaying off and on for over a decade.

USERNAME, Meeshdragon AGE, 16 AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, Prior to the closing of the site, it was 200. Currently, it is 500-1000 depending on muse Apparently that is not so on here Around 200 still, actually. I guess it varies depending on the site AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, All day every day, apart for a 2-week leave of absence coming up pretty soon PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, Moderator on Windrose (www.explorewindrose.com) Staff at Atricis Weyr z10.invisionfree.com/Atricis/index.php?act=idxOwner of To the Stars - z13.invisionfree.com/tothestars/index.php?act=idxHead Storyline Admin at Lands of Legends (run via http://www.byond.com) References available Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? I have general html and bbc knowledge, though I don't claim to be an expert. I will soon be taking a 2-week long college coding course at Stanford university (Palo Alto, Ca) which will teach me the basics of coding online gaming. Art wise, I am most experienced in animations, though I have experimented with most forms of digital and traditional media. I do not call myself an artist, hwoever, as my shading skills are nonexistant. References can be found at meeshdragon.deviantart.com and www.youtube.com/user/dragonmag123?feature=mheeDo you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? I may need a few days to get reaqquanted with the site to get my mind going, but yes, I do have a few ideas/revisions I'd like to get going. First of all, I would like to request the general player ability to edit/revise their character sheets, to accommodate their character's change in personality/species over time, as well as add a section for history and previous threads. I also have a few ideas of group-threads that should get the older characters re-familiarized (A Festival of sorts, more details to be added) and for old characters to meet the new. You may also recall the several pms I sent you last year with various site plots and ideas. I was the one who planned out the hunting event, and can plan out similar events if needed. Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member? Apart from having been an active member of this site since day 1 (or at least week 1, as I don't quite remember my date of joining) I have done my best to remain a friendly, active member of this community. I feel like I have a lot of experience in role playing (advanced now, as some sites I roleplay at now have much larger word count requirements than this one) I also feel that during this past year I have matured and changed considerably. In other words, i do not think I am the same Meesh I was last year. Numerous new staffing positions have given me a whole new range of experience I didn't think possible. My word count has naturally increased as well as my spelling and grammar (though I still do make the occasional idiot of myself and my spelling) I feel like I've learned to criticize myself more (oh gosh, that didn't come out the way it was intended- I mean I've been more honest with myself and others) as well as learned to take other people's opinions and criticisms maturely. Granted, I do not claim to be anything close to the perfect staffy. Then again, who can really say that they are? If you need any references, I can probably round up a number of people I've roelplayed with in the past few months or worked for and ask them to send you a pm or email. I can also provide you with the username and password of Testing accounts on any of the sites mentioned (if such accounts exist) in case you want to see the quality of my work. Tank you for your time! Meesh

USERNAME, Kami AGE, Eighteen c: [nineteen in a month! woo~]
AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, it varies and can be as low as 150 or as high as 600, but my average is probably around 300, 350 words. AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, Bar the occasional day where im ultra busy and can't get online, I will be around every day. Some days I'll be short for time but will still go out of my way to come online, even if it is just to say hi on the cbox; but I will be on everyday c: PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, Global mod on KYEO which the admin sadly got rid of, co-admin on TBD, which also had to close and I have my own site, Thrive. I do have plenty of other experience, although I had a couple of years off rping and many of the sites I was on have died since then :'c
Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? Do you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member?
Two of the sites mentioned above; TBD and Thrive I designed, coding-wise. Yes; the basis for both is a premade skin, although I have tinkered with a lot and made all the graphics, etc. So I would say I can't create a perfect skin from scratch, but I can fix and fiddle. In regards to art, I did fine art and graphic desgin at school [although i'm nothing incredible] and love anything art. I'm really confident with most things art-wise, including manips C:
I'd love to be a staffer on AFW as it would be awesome to be able to contribute to such an original rpg and be a real part of it. I can't say I have any ideas on developing the site presently, but I have only been with AFW for a few days! x']

AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, All depends, normally about 200 posts, though I've not posted enough on this site two fully show that. AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY I will be on here every day when I don't have work, when I DO have work, I'll be on but just not posting to much PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, None, but I've applied to a few other sites through the years.
Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? Do you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member?
I have done a tad bit of coding and a LOT of art. I'm in college doing art classes and the like. So if all else fails when I get my tablet back to working I can be a backup for Aries should something happen. I have old artwork up on my DA account, it's about two years old. (http://ddyyuu.deviantart.com/gallery click on Gallery so you can see all pictures instead of wandering through files) Newer images done without my tablet are these: 1. t.facdn.net/7947257@400-1336605681.jpg 2. t.facdn.net/7465243@400-1330144218.jpg (done before my tablet broke) 3. t.facdn.net/7423751@400-1329557597.jpg(also done in tablet so I guess I lied about most of these being traditional XD)
I've been on other sites for years as well, and have been RPing for at least 10 years, as dorky as that sounds. I've been around RP sites and I've been on pet adoption sites for that long. Even though I'm NOT a moderator on Felisfire I do help out a lot, or think I do anyway, with the newer users to show them around the site and help when I can. I'm more then ready to take on the role as a forum moderator as I'm a strict person in life, I like rules and I like others to follow set rules. And since this is a small site I think this would be a good place for me to really start being a mod so it's not all that crazy. I like people and talking to people so that's not a problem for me.

AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, 120-150 I believe AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, Now that this place is active, I'll be on A LOT. PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE. I am a moderator of an in-the-making SIM game called Aliphiria.
Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? Do you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member?
I have a little bit of experience with coding, but not enough to brag about. Even though I'm younger than most of the people here I am very responsible and will be a very active member here. When given a chance I can be a very creative writer, so it would be a good experience for me to be able to work on contests and prompts. Since this site is just starting to grow I think it would be good to jump in as a staff member now so I can really get a hold of all the skills I need now instead of when there are a million things I need to do at once. I really am thinking of myself as a last resort, but it would be a really fun thing to do. :3

USERNAME, Alehue AGE, Fourteen
AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, Around 700 words, more or less depending on partner and muse AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, Several hours a day PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, I have been the admin of three literate wolf sites, the moderator of an additional one; in addition to this, I've been an admin on a warrior's site and a mod on another one. I've also been an admin on two mixed canine and feline role play sites (these are all, obviously, dead due to owner decision).
Please also answer the following in paragraph form: Do you have any experience working with design, coding, or art? Do you have any ideas regarding the site that you would like to further advocate as a staff member? Are there any others reasons you should be considered as a staff member?
As far as design goes, I'm quite adept at picking out colors that go together well and figuring out where each color would fit the best (as far as accent colors, etc. goes). I can realize when a part of the design needs to be altered in order to fit the specific needs of the site. I can do some manipulation work if required, and some coloring of line art if absolutely necessary. I know the basics of html and BBC as well, and will be taking some HTML classes later this summer. I've been in these departments for a little bit as I worked my way up to admin on several sites. As far as ideas I have that I would advocate as a staff member, I believe that the site should have a thorough history and incorporate more legends in the day-to-day roleplaying experience. If you recall, previously on the site I made quite a few suggestions to improve/alter the site for the better.
As well as the above points, I feel that being around actively will help encourage members to be more active, as well. I can also help with creating descriptions for new characters to be put in the adoption center (a task that you said last year was rather tedious for you, and one that I really wouldn't mind doing). Also, since I am in a different timezone than Aries (and perhaps you also?) I would be able to give new members a chance to start roleplaying almost as soon as they posted their character's personality on the adoption thread.
Also, like what Meesh said, I've changed a lot since the previous AFW. I've matured, both in my writing skills and as a person, and feel ready to take on the responsibilities of a staff member.

USERNAME, Arooix AGE, 14 - one month until I am 15.
AVERAGE POSTING WORD COUNT, 300 -1200 AVERAGE DAILY ACTIVITY, Everyday, unless I am REALLY busy. PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE, I was a moderator on three different sites, extremely active until they lost their boost and with all the ammount of effort they could not get back their activity - in the end closing or staying very weak in active motion. I would help with moderating actively on the chat box, accepting biographies, answering the questions of new members. I would also be responsible for advertising, returning links, ect. In all that, I would prefer NOT to touch coding considering I am not accustomed to that part of being on staff. I could move topics, delete them, make sure members follow the regulations of the site and keep it active while doing so.
Please also answer the following in paragraph form:
I understand I am indeed a new member, but I still think that I could help being on staff, or even just being a loyal member. I know the basics of coding, to be honest nothing that could create a forum. Though that is not the biggest thing to being a staff member. I can offer a welcoming and accepting attitude, I can help members with their problems and concerns. I don't have any graphic knowledge, I've never been the artsy type but I can help supply new ideas for the layout and new creatures. With the line arts i can also suggest new designs and so such when need be. I do love creative writing, and with that I can be an active role player. I can introduce some good plots that could benefit the site. I would thoroly enjoy helping to get up contests and games that produce a relaxing atmosphere to members. When the site has a slump - which nearly every site experiences I will do my best to help get it up onto its feet again by advertising continually. I can help with site wide plots and original ideas. But most of all, I can make new members feel like they have a family by being helpful, and guiding them once they need it.
