It hadn't been all that long since Shadow had met River, explored the strange lands with her, and kindled a dream to become an explorer, to discover new lands and adventure. It hadn't taken long for those dreams to become a reality, and Shadow had quickly moved on from the forest, heading farther and farther away from his native homes into a deep and exciting wiilderness and world of the unknown.
And he was loving every step of it.
Now he leaped from stream to stream, the water varying from salt to pure every minute, cliffs of unimaginable heights rising above him and just as quickly dropping to form beautiful views.
He had loved every minute of it. But this was not his final destination.
He had to continue on. So onwards he went
