What do the different gems mean? The diamond, emerald, etc? Like, are they also rank?

yup, they're also rank. basically, if a diamond two-star tells an emerald two-star to do something, even if they're both two-stars, the diamond two-star has authority, and the emerald two-star has to obey what the diamond asks them to do. I feel like I over-complicated that. xD

We're working on a new system. I'll have to get the okay from Myst to reveal it~
But for right now, it depends on how much you do in/for the cult, in general. Like attending meetings and such.

It also depends on the quality of the meeting, though. So for a meeting we're having right now, that's playtime, pretty much, no one would increase in rank, except for those who are interacting with others.

XD Fair enough. More members would probably be a plus as well, though we have about as much as possible until new people start in the game.
